d) Facility Executive
The Personnel shall support 9 hours a day, 6 days a week or as requested by WMGTS.
Responsible for soft services and maintenance services
Soft Services:
o Personal Hygiene
o Floor Cleaning
o Electrical room cleaning
o Rest Room Cleaning
o Cleaning Frequencies
o Amenities / Consumables availability in the rest room
o Wash Basin Top
o Water Closet Cleaning
o Cleaning Procedure
o Glass Cleaning
o Carpet Shampooing
o Brasso and Steel Polishing
o Work Station Cleaning
o Refilling of water dispenser
o Garbage Disposal
o Frequency of Cleaning Activity
o Store Management
o Training
o Chemical Storage and Handling
o Records
Maintenance services:
o Start up and shut down procedure for UPS
o Measurements & checks, troubleshooting of UPS System
o Carpentry & Plumbing
o Lighting
o Cable laying
