Job description

Job Overview

1. The job requires candidates to quality audit/check (QA) product title, description, feature and review images of existing listed products on E-Commerce portal/tool.

2. The QA work needs to be done as per the quality guidelines shared by the client.

3. The QA work will involve improving content in terms of grammar and vocabulary and information accuracy.

4. Writing of fresh description and features of various products is to be done as and when required

5. The candidate needs to engage in periodical training as and when conducted by mentors/process owners

Job Requirements

1. Rotational Shift - Please refer to shift timings below

2. Candidate should have decent communication skill in English both written and verbal and must have an eye for detail.

3. Basic knowledge of E-commerce industry is preferred.

Mumbai, Lower Parel

Job Hours  

6 days working in a week and 9 hours shift per day. 1 day rotational week off

Shift Timings

11am to 8pm (General)

Salary

Gross Salary – INR 13,050/- after statutory deductions INR 11,730/-

Desired Candidate Profile

*Education:

Graduation in any discipline (Candidates with completed graduation degree or awaiting final results can apply)

* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

* Good to have basic understanding and knowledge of E-commerce industry.

* The task is time-centric hence individuals should be high on energy

* Should have an eye for detail.

* Should be willing to stretch job timing if there is high workflow and as and when required.

* Should be willing to learn, adapt new practices.

* Should be willing to work rotational 6 days a week.

* Candidates staying far from the city should consider their feasibility before applying for the job as there is a possibility of job hours getting stretched due to high workflow.
