Site Audits & Quality Check

 Preparing site visit schedule incorporating all the sites allocated as per defined frequency

 Visiting all the ATM sites as per scuedule (one visit should be mandatorily during late evening OR

night time to check back lit signages and illumination.

 Taking photograph of ATM site on each visit

 Pre-Takeover Inspection (QC signoff for IAD sites)

Issue Tracker / Reports

 Following site audit checklist

 identifying all the issues at the ATM sites and preparing issue tracker on daily basis

Vendor Performance Management

 SLA Monitoring and escalations in case of SLA deviations

 Preventive Maintenance Tracking (AC PM, Pre-monsoon Checks, Electrical Checks etc...)

Branch Meeting (Customer Feedback Mechanism) / Bank Escalation Management

 Preparing Minutes of meeting with actionable, responsibility and timelines

 Taking feedback on the services from Bank officials

 Responding to bank on receipt of escalation from Bank

 Updating progress on escalated issues as per committed timelines and sending final mail once

the issue is resolved

Cost Optimization

 Tracking RnM Expenses

 Negotiations with vendor on quotations related to RnM

Function - Projects and Assisting ATM Helpdesk

 Site closure & Shifting - assisting central team for local level coordination

 Arranging electricians for electrical breakdown calls

 Organizing access in case of access issues

 Liaising with local authorities (Municipal / Premises / Police / Labour dept. etc...)

 Misc. Projects (Grouting, Co-ordination for SEMS installation etc...)

Knowledge & Skills

 Good follow-up skills

 Good coordination skills

 Good negotiation skills

Educational Qualification & Experience

 Graduate in any discipline

 1-3 years experience in the Banking/Financial Services Domain
