Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in coordinating daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments.
2. Collaborate with the Front Office team to manage check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries.
3. Support the Housekeeping department in maintaining high cleanliness standards throughout the hotel.
4. Aid the Food and Beverage team in organizing events, handling inventory, and providing exceptional service to guests.
5. Contribute to financial operations by assisting with budgeting, cost control, and expense tracking using MS-Excel.
6. Assist in analyzing guest feedback and online reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
7. Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including preparing reports, conducting research, and coordinating meetings.
