Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance internal communication strategies, ensuring effective flow of information across departments
2. Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work culture and boosting team morale
3. Support the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures
4. Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs, equipping employees with essential skills for personal and professional growth
5. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement, presenting findings and recommendations to senior management
6. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
7. Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting open communication within the organization
