Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work closely with the leadership team to monitor and track the status of ongoing projects
2. Liaise between Business Analysts, Developers, DevOps, and QA teams to gather status updates
3. Assist in creating and updating project timelines and schedules
4. Attend and participate in project meetings, taking detailed notes and action items
5. Generate status reports and dashboards for management review
6. Identify risks and communicate them effectively to the leadership team
7. Assist in project documentation, ensuring that all project materials are up-to-date and organized
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (candidates trying to restart their career with an IT background are encouraged to apply)
2. Basic understanding of Project Management or Project Coordination
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus
7. Project Management training is good to have but not mandatory
