Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understand the overall concept of the company, including the organization structure, service offerings, brand, customer, product, and all other aspects of service
2. Engage with business stakeholders and teams to improve services and internal processes; participate in meetings/update calls
3. Promote knowledge sharing throughout the organization's operational business processes and systems
4. Assist in the design of, documentation, and dissemination of knowledge from internal reflection
5. Learn and become proficient in internal software systems
6. Fulfill tasks assigned by the Manager
7. Learn technical skills related to the industry
8. Classify and tag selected documents according to a common taxonomy
9. Perform other relevant duties as identified by the KM Coordinator and sector representatives
