Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan, coordinate, and execute projects, including defining project scopes, objectives, and deliverables
2. Collect and analyze data to make informed decisions, spot market patterns, and offer insights
3. Keep an eye on project and product budgets and resources, ensuring their efficient use
4. Create and present regular project status reports to stakeholders, highlighting both progress and any challenges faced
5. Collaborate with teams from different departments and external partners to facilitate effective project and product development
6. Look for ways to improve/set up processes, implement changes, and streamline workflows
7. Deal with issues promptly and maintain open communication
Requirements:
1. Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
2. Strong communication, adaptability, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
3. Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project)
4. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
6. Efficient in process improvement and taking ownership of responsibilities
7. Passion for improving healthcare access and outcomes for underserved populations
