To Search for candidates as per requirement from the client on Portals Like Naukri, Monster, Quikr etc. Call for the candidates resume and all relevant documents via mail and line up their interviews at the clients location.
Take the Feedback of the Interview from the HR Department of the client and inform to the candidate.
To follow up with the candidate till he joins the organisation.
To follow up with the HR and Accounts Department of the client for the outstanding payment follow up.
To reply to the mails received from the candidates.
To maintain Office expense files and Petty cash expenses.
