DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
· Supporting the HR team in HR operations and change management processes.
· Documentation of new joiners file ,Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies).
· Induction planning and coordinating – logistic arrangements, smooth onboarding.
· Sharing the status on medical check- up with recruiters
· Follow up on accommodation with new candidate and new Hire forms
· Announcement mailers preparation with support of HR Business partners
· Assisting in coordinating with CDP vendors
· Maintaining the leave cards of all the new joiners
· Support on recruitment weekend drive
· Supporting in employee engagement activities
