HR Administrator - SOX jobs in Pune at CrowdStrike

About The Role
This position will assist with all HR related transactions and administration as it relates to the employee life cycle with an emphasis on will Sarbanes Oxley (SOX). This internal customer facing role provides high quality support as the primary contact for applicants, employees, business leaders (as applicable),and former employees by servicing inquiries regarding the employee life-cycle and human resources related transactions in the areas of employee relations, compensation, learning, payroll, benefits, People program/initiatives and People systems.
Job Responsibilities

Creates, maintains, and audits employee files ensuring content is comprehensive, current, and secure
Responds to all requests within adequate response time, places high emphasis on employee satisfaction
Conducts and audits new hire data entry into HRMS
Document people operations processes
Approves business cards for order by verifying job title within HRMS and confirms with employee manager for any outlying discrepancies
Prepare SOX related documentation and evidence
May assist with other projects as assigned

Experience, Skills And Requirements

3 – 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
1+ years’ experience supporting SOX and providing evidence of controls
Experience with Workday HCM a plus
Experience with onboarding, processing HR related transactions, and continuous improvement
Self-starter with initiative, positive attitude, and passion for customer service
Experience as first line of contact for employees or customer service related role
Superb attention to detail required as well as excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work cross functionally, problem solve and adapt in a fast pace environment
