15,000 - 20,000 Per Month The incumbent will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of back offices, Office maintenance, branch and corporate office areas.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all back offices, guest house, branch and corporate office areas.
Reporting any maintenance related issues immediately to the supervisor including damage to furniture, fittings, fixtures and equipment.
Maintaining proper hygienic upkeep of the establishment including the periphery along the present walls of the premises assigned.
Ensuring that there is a periodic internal and external cleaning (both wet and dry) of the premises including the cloak, washroom, cafeteria and dining areas.
Performing any other duties under the instructions of the supervisor.
