Job Description:

Ignitho Technologies is looking for an HR Associate to our join our HR team in ensuring smooth and efficient people operations.
The initial focus of the role is to handle Recruitment and help manage end to end talent acquisition from sourcing to onboarding.
The requirement is for our office in Infopark, Kochi.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing and evaluating potential candidates through multiple channels such as job sites, social media and other recruiting methods
End to end coordination activities till the position is filled which includes scheduling Interviews, taking proper feedback, initiating discussions with concerned team members etc.
Work with rest of the HR team for post recruitment activities ensuring a smooth onboarding, new hire orientation etc.
Keep all the stakeholders updated on the recruitment status regularly through reports and trackers
