Job Description

HR Executive (Fresher/ Intern)

Experience: 1+ Yr (6 Months can work)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers
Calling & Coordination of applicants, conduction of job interviews.
Support of departmental representatives in HR questions
Referring employee issues to senior HR staff
Conducting inductions of new staff, Introduction of new staff into their work environment
Inputting into the monthly payroll
Support in the handling of the employees’ payment
Conducting research about best practices and current salaries on the respective market
Maintaining a healthy communication system towards the employees
Candidate should have degree in human resource management, or any other related field.
Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
Motivation to constantly learn and develop the own knowledge and skills
Salary as per Industry standards
Recruitment Agency exp. in preferable.
