Job Responsibilities:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
• Screening resumes.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
• Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media,job portals, etc
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
• Counselling candidates for different vacancies in different companies.
• Interviewing, screening, shortlisting candidates over the phone as per the requirements of the clients.
• Coordinating with candidates for interview line ups.
• Campus Drive organisation in colleges as well as in company also.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: ₹8,000.00 to ₹15,000.00 /month

Experience:

• management: 1 year (Preferred)
• management, staffing,campus drive management ,: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Location:

• Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh (Preferred)

Licence:

• Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)

Language:
