Ø Preparation& Checking of contractors and other Bills
Ø Maintain all Personnel files with up date information and relevant documents.
Ø Preparation PMS.
Ø To maintain complete leave record of all employees,
Ø To keep record of
total Manpower / Strength.
Ø To keep record of unauthorized absence / late coming & to take action as per rule.
Ø To submit PF & ESI declaration forms to concern authority.
Ø On line ESI & PF ECRs Prep.& Downloads relating to PF & ESI.
Ø PF Settlements
Ø Contract Labour engagement
other need based works to be given by the HOD
