Joining formalities and providing induction to new joinee.

Ø  Sending request for ID card.

Ø  Employee code creation.

Ø  Preparing and issuing Offer, Appointment, Confirmation letter

Ø  Maintaining the daily attendance.

Ø  Employee engagement activity.

Ø  Maintaining the leave tracker.

Ø  Coordinating with all people managers in all employee related issues regarding employee investigations, absence issues etc.

Ø  Helping HR Head in Payroll processing.

Ø  Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.

Ø  Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Ø  Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.

Ø  Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Ø  Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.

Ø  Assisted with reference checks and processed resumes.

Ø  Working with HR head on Handling all the License’s.

Ø  Exit interview.

Ø  Maintaining ex-employee’s PF settlement.

Ø  Managed personnel policies, benefits and reviews.

Ø  Maintaining management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Ø  Working with HR Head on all HR matters.
