• You have excellent oral and written communication skills. 

• Very polished in handling the calls. 

• Very aggressive in calling and closing positions to meet the company’s recruitment target.  

• You are startup-minded, ready to accept and explore anything new coming on your way.

• You are good at basics of recruitment and ready to dive in for depth knowledge.

• You are independent, task oriented and can handle pressures of working individually and in a team.

• Ready to take up challenge of finding best person from pool of candidates.

You Get To

• Understand about IT and non-IT hiring requirements with internal discussions.

• Work on end to end recruitment and selection process.

• Work on Job portals.

• Assisting in reviewing and pre-screening resumes.

• Making initial calls to the candidates. 

• Coordinate interviews with the interviewer and candidate.

• Train yourself on the best and the latest avenues for searching the candidates and explore the newer one on your own.

• Do good, you have a job offer ready after your internship.
