Job Profile:

·      Experienced in hiring at all levels for IT.

·      Responsible for identifying the appropriate candidates in the process of sourcing, Short-listing, Scheduling, Follow-ups till the Candidate joining.

·      Sources potential candidates through various methods: internal and external networks, professional organizations, cold calling, recruitment advertising, social media, and other advanced recruitment techniques.

·      Posting jobs in employment websites, social networking sites, identifying potential candidates.

·      Conduct first level of interview (Telephonic) to check Communication Skills, Technical skills, Interest level, Availability, Salary etc.

·      Convincing & probing candidates for the desired position.

·      Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.

·      Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates.

·      Performs additional duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• HR Professional with Minimum 1+ Years of Work experience in IT Recruitment.
• Professional experience in End-to-End Recruitment Process on various IT skills and verticals in the IT industry.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills, Strong Commitment to the profession.
• Self-driven and motivated, proven as a good team player. Sound knowledge of complete recruitment life cycle.
