As part of our recruiting team, you're charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring team spirit and diversity of thought. You're responsible for guiding candidates through our hiring process and connecting them to the magic of working at Aodh. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. You’ll be responsible for the end to end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
Daily Job Duties of Hr Recruiters is recruiting, interviewing, and screening. Responsibilities of Hr recruiters can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include:
• Documenting the HR process & HR guidelines
• Working closely with top management and understand their hiring requirements
• Prepare & follow the strategies and processes for hiring senior technical people for a growth stage startup.
• Posting job advertisements to job portals and social media platforms
• Schedule virtual - technical & face to face interviews
• Follow Up with the consultants partnered with us everyday
• Check & update the profiles aired in different platforms everyday
• Sourcing and screening the resumes through job portals.
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Performing reference and background checks
• Managing the entire recruitment cycle
• Partnering with consultants to determine staffing needs
• Coordinating interviews with the consultants
• Following up on the interview process status
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employee
• Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
