Pay for this position is on commission basis.

4) Experience: Fresher / Experienced Preferable

5) Total Experience: 1-2 Years

6) Education: - Graduate / Post Graduate

7) Salary: - UP to 20%Commission Basis + Incentive

Job Description

Should be experienced in recruitment (End to End Cycle Closure of Recruitment Process)

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate colleges/Social Media etc

Speak to the candidates and brief them about the opportunity.

Regular follow up with the candidates for the interviews and other related activities.

Follow up for the successful joining for the selected candidates.

Dedicated to coordinate, and take strong follow-ups with the candidates for the closure of vacancies.

Preferred Excellent Communication Skill ( Marathi Hindi and English).

Would be Reporting to Head HR , Regional /Division BDO.

Required Skills

Must have good skills to work on leading job portals social media to attract relevant candidates.

Must have knowledge of working on portals

Must be good with MS office, specially

Candidate must have internet, Computer at home.
