Job Summary-                                

• We are hiring for HR Recruiter profile for the most leading advisory firm-
• Minimum Experience- 6 Months to 1 year
• Interested candidates can apply for the same
• Immediate Joining will be preferable.

Work Location:-Indore

Responsibilities and Duties-

• Handling end to end Recruitment process
• Sourcing suitable profiles from various job portals and social network sites
• Short listing the candidates
• Conducting interviews
• Taking care of on-board formalities as well as Exit formalities.
• Responsible for Maintaining Time Office and Attendance management
• Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality and discipline
• Maintaining Employee Data and Personal files of Existing and Ex-Employees
• Supporting the other departments
• facilitate new joiners’ joining formalities (verification of certificates, candidate’s genuineness and other documents )
• Conducting Exist interviews.
• Handling Recruitment HR Team for External.
• Maintaining employee relations.
• Handling new employees joining Formalities and Exist formalities.
• Updating & maintaining the Public holidays.
• Generating and Maintaining MIS reports
