Job Description

Urgent opening for HR Recruiter
Eligibility: Freshers or candidates having 1 year of minimum experience into recruitment
CTC: As per company's norms

Job Description:

Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Screening Resumes
Performing in-person & phone interviews with candidates
Administering appropriate company assessments
Co-ordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Communicating employer information & benefits during screening process
Maintaining relationships with both internal & external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Completing timely reports on employment activity

Criteria:

Good communication skills
Fluency in speaking English
Go Getter
