Job Description:We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team. As an HR Trainee, you will be responsible for managing the hiring process, evaluating resumes, scheduling interviews, and managing a team to ensure that weekly business engagement metrics are met. You will also have the opportunity to work with the management of IFORTIS WORLDWIDE to coordinate initiatives, represent the company, and speak on its behalf.

Responsibilities:

• Add new hiring information to our employee records, evaluate resumes, and schedule interviews.
• Manage the team and ensure that your team meets weekly business engagement metrics.
• Work with the management of IFORTIS WORLDWIDE to coordinate initiatives, represent the company, and speak on its behalf.
• Manage leadership and accountability for your own group.
