Preparing EHS (Environment Health and Safety) plan for the offices and sites as per the requirement
Ensure adequate and timely procurement and maintenance of personal protective equipment as per standards
Site inspection in order to observe physical conditions of work and the work practices and procedures followed by workers and concerned staff
Identify any abnormalities / deviations in housekeeping, spills and EHS violations and report to admin manager
To render advice on measures to be adopted for removing unsafe physical conditions and preventing unsafe actions by workers/employees
Evaluate, approve and monitor different type of permits like work at height, safe entry permit, hot work, shut down etc
Organize and conduct safety committee meetings to evaluate effective implementation of EHS plan
Accident investigation to determine root cause and document the case studies of various types of accidents Also, prepare analysis of accident data for benchmarking purpose
Ensure compliance with government rules and regulations
Provide training, coaching and facilitating for site level personnel to enhance their competency and capabilities of achieving safety targets and goals
Display safety posters at site to generate awareness
