MSR: Mechanic Sales Representative
Reports To: The MSR will report to Area Sales Officer, Central Team.
· To Maximize Sales for company Products by Managing Day to Day relationship with Mechanics.
· Mechanic Sales Representative is on contract/permanent role with TVS or Any Third Party the Company chooses.
Responsibilities and Duties:
· Day to Day market development activities with the mechanics on a pre-decided beat for:
o Maintaining Relations
o Product Demonstrations
o Collection of Points
o Redemption of Gifts
o Identifying any mechanic related issues and resolving the same.
o Creating a Strong Pull for TVS Spares.
o Communicating the Marketing activities of the company.
· Actively co-ordinates with the Sales Team, HUB, Central Team.
· 12th Pass +
· Candidate from Auto Industry Background will be preferred.
· Knowledge of 2/3W parts will be an added advantage.
· Should be fluent in State Language and be able to communicate in English.
· MS Office knowledge will be useful.
· Be able to operate Company App (English) on Smart Phone.
· Passion for Sales.
· Keen interest to travel across markets.
· Valid Driving License and Motorcycle for business travel.
· Smart Phone: Compatible to run Company App.
