Position –Human Resource Leader/Recruiter
Department – HR
Qualification – Graduate ( any)
Experience– At least 3-5 years.
Industry Type- Service
Job Location – Kharadi, Pune
Salary–2 – 3 LPA per Annum
Weekly Off – Sunday
Age-Minimum 25yrs (Male/Female)
Preference will be given to immediate joiners
Key Responsibility & Skills:
1. Interviewing skills.
2. Handling recruitment of blue-collar technical jobs like inspectors/quality engineers/technicians.
3. Candidate screening/selection/recruitment process.
4. Knowledge of recruitment processes/legal/compliance aspects.
5. Good relationship with customers and workers.
Personality:
1. Methodical, organized and structured mind, having a ’step-by-step’
2. Analysis
3. Flexible, Reactive, pro-active
4. Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly.
5. Respecting the rules
6. A good communicator with a good level of English.
