Job Description :
Responsibilities:
Timely review and evaluation of applicants who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and moving qualified candidates to next stage
Maintain and update ATS with every activity happening on jobs and candidates
Screening profiles in ATS, creating and maintaining pipeline
Support the recruiting team track the candidates progress through the pipeline
Preparing periodic reports on jobs and candidates
Post, maintain and update accurate job descriptions
Ensure job boards and postings accurately reflect current openings
Interview scheduling and coordination which require interaction with team in US
Responsible for editing and formatting resumes
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, etc.
Bachelor’s degree required
Ability to work in a schedule that allows partial overlap with US work hours

Pro-active and self-motivated with the ability to work with limited supervision
