Job Description:
Manage Employee Engagement events from conceptualization to completion i,e Helping in requirement gathering and managing till complete final execution.
Plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications channels, such as an intranet, a monthly magazine, posters or email and required to work with other teams/ external vendors, creative e mailers for employee communication.
Co-ordinate with the creative team(Corporate Communication) and external vendors for communication collaterals - - includes e mailers, posters, videos, standees and stationery etc.
Create post-event publicity and reports--Endorsing and publicizing the employee engagement activities post the event by sharing communication in the form of a newsletter, presentation in Cafeteria, News update on an intranet and reporting the participation with HRBPs.
Any Ad Hoc presentations required by HRBPs and prepare Monthly HR Updates presentations.
