Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Support the onboarding process for new hires
2. Employee Relations: Assist in maintaining employee records and files
Contribute to the implementation of employee engagement initiatives
Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns
3. Training and Development: Support the planning and coordination of training programs. Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities for employees
4. HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team. Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications
5. Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Support HR audits and documentation processes
6. Data Management: Compile and analyze HR data for reporting purposes. Assist in maintaining accurate HR databases and records
