Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct telephonic interviews
2. Schedule and coordinate the video interviews
3. Reschedule and coordinate interviews
4. Coordinate with the team members
5. Conduct the interviews on the platform and zoom
6. Follow up with the candidates and panels
7. Keep a track of all the interview statuses on a daily basis on a sheet
