1. Provide support with recruitment efforts, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees
2. Contribute to policy and procedure updates
3. Manage filing systems and recordkeeping processes for human resources
4. Participate in projects related to performance management, employee engagement, and training and development
5. Assist with special human resources initiatives and projects
