Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage and maintain HRIS database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records
2. Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities
3. Support employee onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and efficient exit procedures
4. Handle employee inquiries and provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
5. Prepare HR-related reports and presentations using Advanced Excel and MS Office, providing valuable insights to management
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives
7. Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and training programs, to foster a positive work culture
