Responsibilities:

Manage our Instagram account.

Develop creative marketing strategies.

Create engaging content.

Analyze Instagram analytics.

Work closely with the marketing team.

Maintain a record of visitors/calls and follow appropriate security procedures.

Coordinate office operations by supervising office staff and maintaining office systems.

Manage end-to-end travel requirements for C and E suite.

Organize office operations and processes, such as assisting with payroll, expense reports, handling correspondence, and supporting HR-related tasks.

Assist colleagues whenever necessary and perform necessary duties when needed.

Qualification :

Graduate or Masters / Pursuing Graduation or Masters.

Good communication skills

Outstanding organization and multitasking skills.

Hands-on experience with basic accounting principles and management processes.

Customer-service oriented.
