Job Description

 

1. Support the HR team in various tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
2. Assist in managing the HRIS system by maintaining accurate employee records and generating reports.
3. Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights for HR decision-making.
4. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
5. Provide support in organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
6. Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures in alignment with company values.
7. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, effectively communicating with employees and stakeholders.
8. Maintain pay plan and benefits program
9. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
