Selected intern's day to day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate and facilitate on-campus recruiting events
2. Administer all on campus recruitment; assist for all campus events and interview processes
3. Collaborate with recruiting team for HO and few regional positions and provide support to all recruitment activities and ensure all hiring guidelines are met while recruiting
4. Screen resumes and application forms
5. Schedule and coordinate interviews, tests with candidates
6. Post, update and remove job postings from job portals, careers pages and social networks
7. Prepare HR-related reports as needed (recruitments trackers and databases)
8. Ensure to complete pre-joining formalities and create appointment letters
9. Assist in ad-hoc HR ops tasks maintain personal files of new joiners, assist in the induction process
10. Assist in any other HR tasks as required
