Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Update internal databases with new employee information including contact details and employment forms
2. Gather payroll data such as leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
3. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
4. Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
5. Prepare HR-related reports as required, such as training budgets by the department
6. Source and screen resumes
7. Draft job descriptions, offer letters, and appointment letters
8. Assist in facilitating the new employee onboarding process
9. Help with attendance and leave management
10. Take the lead in organizing employee engagement activities
11. Conduct research on employee engagement, team member satisfaction surveys, productivity tools, and campus engagement

Requirements:
1. Analytical ability and interest in recent HR trends
2. Excellent verbal (English & Hindi) and written communication skills, with the ability to engage managers and executives
3. Understanding of different HR hiring techniques
4. Past experience in HR internship
5. Working knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
6. Candidates staying in the western suburbs preferred
7. 0-1 years of experience required
