About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. To support the delivery of learning and development strategy to drive business improvement and enable DSC to nurture our talent to achieve business objectives & personal development
2. To co-ordinate all the trainings across the country
3. To support the L&D HOD to shape and drive talent development and Rewards and recognition initiatives across the country in support of the current and long-term business objectives and business growth
