Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Coordinate with field recruiters and get the required requirements of manpower fulfilled
2. Call pre-interview candidates from a list that is given daily
3. Arrange interviews with clients and note down findings
4. Prepare to on-board candidates on KaamPe payroll
5. Coordinate with candidates for the on-boarding process
6. Send and follow up for RFP's/agreements with clients
7. Source candidates and prepare the database for uploading on the system
8. Send MIS to field recruiters on a daily basis about candidate received and their outcome
