Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist HRBP with recruitment, maintain employee data, and provide administrative support
2. Work on resolving employee queries along with the HRBP
3. Manage the off-roll BDE population from an HR-operations perspective (entry, exit, and lifecycle)
4. Work on facilitating the pre-joining process
5. Assist in exit processes
6. Assist with the recruitment and interview process
7. Assist in the day-to-day operational activities
