Securities Trading Services supports both Equity and Fixed income cash business.

The Responsibilities Include

Responsibility includes accurate and timely trade booking and allocations.
Responsible for accurate and timely confirmations via CTM, FIX, Email, Fax etc. for various APAC markets.
Act as Single Point of Contact to handle queries from internal and external clients for allocation, confirmation queries to settlement and adhoc queries.
Coordinate with cross-functional business partnerâs viz. Front Office, Settlements, Compliance and other control teams from a trade booking and settlement perspective.
Responsible for remediating and reporting any mismatches or settlement related issues.
Responsible for operational improvement and systems enhancement to reduce exceptions, cancellation and corrections.
Seek to understand internal processing flow and multiple systems thoroughly to be able to cope with daily issues.
Demonstrate control acumen and act as a key line of defense by reporting and assuming full ownership of breaks, exceptions and red flag items.
Demonstrate flexibility and can multi-task in assuming control functions within the team.

Strong knowledge of Global Markets and an understanding of Front, Middle and Back Office organizational structure. A good understanding of cash equities is essential.
Proficient in trade booking and processing would be an advantage.
Experience of Front Office facing functions a plus.
Ability to multi-task, work to intra-day deadlines and work flexible hours dependent on trading volumes and requests from other areas, including Front Office and other business partners.
A self-starter who can work independently with limited direct supervision as well as the ability to work under pressure.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills as well as a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
