We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Import/Export Executive to join our dynamic team. As an Import/Export Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating the international trade activities of our organization. This position involves overseeing the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating smooth communication between various stakeholders, particularly in sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and facilitate the export and import of goods, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and trade laws.

2. Prepare and review shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs documentation.

3. Arrange transportation, freight forwarding, and logistics services to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

4. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, freight forwarders, and customs agents to track shipments and resolve any issues or delays.

5. Ensure accurate and complete record-keeping of all import and export transactions and maintain proper documentation.

6. Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs requirements.

7. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on export and import compliance, documentation, and procedures.

8. Collaborate with internal as sales and finance, to ensure smooth execution of import and export processes.

9. Monitor and track shipments, update relevant systems or databases, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
