Inside Sales Manager:Responsibilities: Generate revenue by developing, maintaining customer relationships and positioning our courses Should have fair exposure to CRM Responsible for improving business sales by collaboration, market analysis and competitor analysis Should be good in up & cross-selling Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of an existing product. Regular follow up with new and existing customers Should have good communication skills. Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets. Consistent track record of achieving sales target (monthly/quarterly),preferably from an inside sales background. Experience in selling software products/services in the past preferred. The successful candidate will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence with attention to detail.
