Job Description of Instructional Designer

 Experience: 2-3 years

CTC

Roles and Responsibilities:

•             Interacting and Gather information from the SME.

•             Select, modify, or create a design and development model appropriate for a given project.

•             Participate in multiple projects.

•             Interact with graphics and provide instructions and guidance in creating images.

•             Interact with developers to explain functionality and ensure that it is done per instructions.

•             Interact with the client to understand requirements and implement them.

•             Ensure quality guidelines are followed.

•             Analyze the content and create storyboards for CBT and WBT

Skills and Knowledge :

•             Should have hands-on experience in MS Office suite (MS Word and MS power-point)

•             Good communication

•             Flair in writing

•             Sound knowledge on English grammar

•             Quick learner

Qualification: BE/MBA/MCom/MA/MCA/MCJ
