Selected Person's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on detailed drawings and 3D models
2. Work on visiting sites whenever necessary
3. Attend client meetings and coordinate for projects & other staff

Responsibilities:

Preparing scaled drawings and contract documents for building contractors using Revit

Researching and identifying products (finishes, fixtures, etc.)

Researching codes and other standards as necessary for compliance

Assisting in the preparation of studies and reports

Planning diagrams/layouts during schematic design, demonstrating ability to arrange a unified design

Join team members on occasion for onsite observation of work to monitor compliance with plans

Periodically courier documents locally, as necessary

Assist in proper documentation of project files

We are a team of architects doing architectural practice in Tamil Nadu, South India. We have experience in designing and executing projects like resorts, mixed-use, commercial, residential buildings, guest houses, etc. Right from concept evolution, we handle complete projects; we also handle interior designs, landscape designs, MEP/automation in housing, hotel, etc.; and leading teams of engineers and managing the whole creative and developing process.
