Aerospace, Defense and Marine in India has its manufacturing facility  in Bangalore and has competencies to assemble connectors, wire & cable and fibre optics  products for space, commercial aerospace, defence and global markets.

Trainee Overview:

As a trainee, the candidate will  undergo “ On the Job” training to acquire skills on Aerospace and Defense wire & cable harness assembly technology, management of production and quality targets, inspection standards, usage of inspection equipment & measurements, IPC , Aerospace  quality systems & standards(AS9100 Rev D) problem solving tools, Lean concepts  and behavioural competencies.

Key responsibilities during Apprentice :

·       Will be assigned to a production position and will perform the assigned production duties to the best of your ability, maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

·       Engineering drawing reading / technical specifications/ Standard Fabrication

·       Carrying out the wire & cable harness process as per COP/IPC/Standard Procedure.

·       Demonstrate care and attention to assemble the company products from component level to final build stage, as per the instructions. Strong Self-inspection of the produced part.

·       Maintain current product quality and make recommendations deriving alternate process methods to improve quality/productivity.

·       Participate and contribute to QCPC and other improvement initiatives

·       Continue to increase productivity levels to mee company targets, whilst maintaining quality standards

·       Update of performance details in records/ Scrap report generation.

·       Participate in Continuous Improvement Initiatives like Kaizens and lean tool practices.

·       Responsible for maintaining 5S and updating of autonomous maintenance records and production records as per set frequency.

·       Have awareness of the chemicals used in the assembly lines. Understand & follow the EHS requirement

·       Support analyzing and reducing Defects, Customer complaints and Line NCs

·       Continue to increase knowledge of all company products through job rotation.

·       Develop knowledge of company quality policies and procedures

·       Maintain a clean and safe working environment is fully met

·       To manage the team members in the line as per self-managed team concept

·       The candidate will  work in Shift applied as appropriate.

 EDUCATION /KNOWLEDGE

·       BE/ B.Tech (Electronic,Electrical/ Mechanical)

·       Fresher with “0” experience
