Handling US / UK/Canada Inbound calls regarding troubleshooting service plans.
BSOD,refund calls,IOS.
Converting calls into deals.
Good in analyzing customers requirement.
Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
Should be okay with 24*7 shifts.
Candidate should have excellent com skill in English.
