Roles and Responsibilities:

Answering initial web enquiries and call enquiries, only from customers who have already signaled their interest in moving home or cleaning services.

Efficiently entering all client details into our Leads Manager and CRM.

Follow-up with clients.

Present the clients with a quotation and best options then procedures to follow up to ultimately book their move requirements.
