Qualifications:
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Previous experience in an international voice process or customer service role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualification.
Previous experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.
