Job Description

Position: IT Asset Manager

Location: Bangalore

  • 3+ years of business experience related to software or hardware asset management, IT asset management or software procurement.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience interacting with multiple stakeholders throughout the company at all levels (including senior management) and across multiple countries
  • CSAM, CHAMP, CAMP , ITAM or SAM certification a definite plus
  • Experience interpreting license and contractual terms/conditions and analysing purchase records
  • Knowledge of a variety of software licensing models and metrics
  • Knowledge and familiarity with discovery tools used across different platforms
  • Knowledge of the hardware asset lifecycle and associated processes
  • Knowledge of the directive and regulations regarding the disposal of electrical equipment
  • Working knowledge of SAM or HAM tool(s)
Experience with corporate wide and/or internal departmental software/hardwarepolicy/procedure development and document preferred.
